The discount on Canadian oil shipped to the US hit a 5 year record a few weeks ago.  That's a multi-billion dollar subsidy paid by Canadian producers, the federal and Alberta government because we can't get our oil to international markets. Where's the thank you note from the Americans to John Horgan and Andrew Weaver?
